Born in 1993 in the serene village of Kipsirichoi, Kilibwoni Ward, Emgwen Constituency, Hon. Cynthia's story is one of remarkable transformation. As the eldest of six siblings, she learned early the values of responsibility, leadership, and perseverance that would later define her political career.

Elected as Member of County Assembly for Kilibwoni Ward at just 24 years old, making history as one of the youngest elected representatives in the county.

Won the Woman Representative seat for Nandi County under the UDA party with an impressive 275,500 votes, becoming one of the youngest MCAs to ascend to Parliament.
