RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT
1.Tournament will be guided by FIVB rules and regulations
2.All group Matches will be played best of THREE sets. Quarters, Semis and Finals will be played best of FIVE sets.
3.All complaints should be channeled through the TEAM CAPTAINS.
4.All the team captains and team managers should manage their fans and supporters.
5.Any unruly behaviors WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATIONS of the team.
6.In-case of any complaint all teams are allowed to play UNDER PROTEST awaiting the decision of the jury.
7.All AWARDS shall be given after the finals of any stage.
8.UNIFORMS shall be issued at the start of the match to all the registered teams.
9.All MATCHES will begin at 9.00 am and any team that will not appear in court for more than 15 minutes will lead to a roll over. And three points will be awarded to the opponent.
10.Strictly, A MAXIMUM of two league players either from DIV 1 or 2 will be eligible to play in each team.
11.A team can have a MAXIMUM of 2 students, if any.
12.A team must have a MINIMUM of 8 players in order to participate.
13.All members of the team registered MUST be residents of the respective wards.
